Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted on opened products. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or an exchange.

If you receive a damaged or a wrong product, please contact us at returns@brainybean.com and we will arrange for a replacement. We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
