PERU TRES CUMBRES COFFEE Plants that are subjected to many farm chemicals may appear to grow perfect but what is more important is the content of the plant. Studies have shown that modern day farming could produce chemical laden products. Interestingly, the most flavorful and famous coffees of the world are grown the organic way. This ancient plant when grown in its most preferred location, highland with perfect tropical climate and fertile (volcanic) soil, and grown the traditional organic way, gives out a rich tasting coffee. It is a give and take cycle of ecology and man, take good care of the eco system and you receive the best out of it. This is how the Peruvian Tres Cumbres coffee is grown, through organic farming.
This South American coffee is grown in the highest ranges of the Chanchamayo region.
Peruvian coffee is cultivated in the ranges of South American Andes and Amazon River Basin. It receives the benefits given by high altitude, perfect climate and rich fertile volcanic soil. Coffee trees grown on high altitudes produce rich tasting coffee, but those that are grown in the same height and under the canopy of forest trees, or shade grown, give much more. Logically, the trees cover the beans from getting the extreme direct exposure from the sun. This takes longer ripening. The slow process of ripening lets the sugar in the beans to be evenly distributed and absorbed by the beans. This produces the South America coffee that we know today as the Peru Tres Cumbres coffee. Nature cooks this Peruvian coffee bean to perfection. Peru coffee is known for its full complex body, gentle acidity, with floral and smoky- balanced overtones and bright rich aromatic finish.
