• The Brainy Bean will customize coffee bags with your organization's logo, ready for sale
• Each participant will be given an order form showing the types of coffees, regular or decaf, and ground or whole bean options
• Once orders are completed, fax order forms to 1-501-694-4394
• Dates of submission and expected delivery decided upon you and Brainy Bean
