BOLIVIA COLONIAL CARANAVI COFFEE
Coffee is undoubtedly the universal beverage. The goats caught the attention of their herder as they danced on their hind legs after eating particular red cherry berries. The goat herder tasted the coffee and he experienced the “perk” and felt awake that lazy afternoon. He brought the news down to the townfolks and everyone enjoyed the beverage. The monks developed the processing of the coffee since they benefited with the coffee’s effect in keeping them awake during their prayers sessions. What has this story got to do with Bolivia in the first place?

Bolivia is also known as one of the producers of great tasting coffee which is known as Bolivia “Colonial Caranavi”. These coffee beans are grown in the Yungas region in the state of La Paz.

The Yungas of Bolivia is an area which is known to have the characteristics of a neotropic ecozone and its climate is rainy, humid and warm. The majestic mountain Andes has an elevation of 4,000 to 6,000 feet. This is where Bolivian coffee is planted. The properties of the farmers, known as “colonials,” were taken by large landowners in 1950. They reacquired the properties in 1991 through a government reform. Today they continue to cultivate the eastern ridge of the Andes mountain range, and there are a total of 41 organic coffee farms today.

Bolivia colonial caranavi coffee is cultivated under the lush forest utilizing an organic system of farming. This means that this coffee from Central America is grown free from synthetic chemicals. The perfect climate, magnificent altitude, pollution free and organic farming techniques all contribute to the perfect heavy bodied and spicy taste of this Bolivia colonial caranavi coffee.

This Bolivian coffee, also known as typical, has made a name worldwide. The Bolivian coffee beans are known for their large size and the pleasant spicy and smooth flavor.

Since its discovery by the dancing goats on their hind legs, coffee beans have gone a long way. Bolivia colonial caranavi coffee has continually proved its fine qualities deserving to be called as one of the finest gourmet coffees in the world. Nothing could be better than having a cup of a full bodied and spicy Bolivia "Colonial Caranavi" coffee to start the day.
